How to add, edit, and delete Users


Users
What are the three types of users?
- Admins – have full account access.
- Brand Managers – have access to the mobile app and brand dashboard but cannot edit team settings.
- Creators – have access only to the mobile creator app.
- Content Approvers – have the ability to approve or reject content
Adding Users
- In the Web portal, select the Team tab on the left column (pictured above)
- Click “Invite team / +”
- Enter the email address(es) of users you’d like to invite or upload a CSV or TSV file
- Select the access level of the users you are inviting
- Send invite
- Invited users will then need to create a Slate account – via their invitation email – to access your brand account
Editing & Deleting Users
- In the Web portal, select the Team tab on the left column (pictured above)
- Select the “Edit” button to change the user type or “Delete” to remove a user
